We are excited to be organising a “virtual” conference this year from 7th – 11th March. Many thanks to PowerSchool for their support and our presenters who have kindly offered to support this event with their presentations.
The sessions on offer this year can be found on our Session Catalog. Please note that all times are Central European Time. We look forwarding to welcoming everyone at the opening session on Monday at 2pm CET.

A difficult decision has been made to postpone the EuPSUG conference planned for 25-27 September in Barcelona 2020.
The COVID-19 situation in Europe is still so unsure and unclear that September is too soon to guarantee a successful conference. We will review the situation towards the end of December and investigate the possibility of holding the conference in February/March, or an online one, or to wait until autumn 2021 to get together again for a regular conference.
A disappointment for everyone but it is probably in everyone’s best interest at this time. Many thanks for your understanding and please feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions or suggestions. We don’t want to lose this opportunity to connect with you, but do have to consider the current situation.
Regards: Adrian, Bridget, Caroline, Emma and Steve
The eighth annual European PSUG conference was held October 12-14, 2019 at the Anglo-American School of Sofia, Bulgaria. 23 attendees from 13 schools in 10 countries attended sessions on topics such as standards, scheduling, customization, exporting and importing, PowerSchool suite products, student contacts, and much more.
Sincere thanks and congratulations to Steve Sabat, Dola Kay, and the whole AAS-Sofia team for all their hard work planning and hosting this fantastic event, to our presenters for their amazing sessions, and to our main sponsors intellimedia and PowerSchool for their support!
Important update! Due to the potential for political instability in Tunisia, the 2019 European PSUG Conference will now be held October 12-14 at the Anglo-American School of Sofia, Bulgaria (also note the slight change of dates). Thanks to Steve Sabat and Dola Kay at AAS for being willing to step up and host on such short notice!
The conference fee is EUR 350 until August 31 (early bird price) and then EUR 380 until the September 30 registration deadline.
Due to the recent death of the president and upcoming elections, there is potential for the political situation in Tunisia in the coming months to become unstable. Rather than having to cancel the event at the last minute if that is the case, we will be moving the 2019 conference to a different host school. We are currently working on confirming the new location and will keep you posted as soon as there is more information. In the meantime, you can still register here, but please do not make any flight or hotel reservations at this point. Thank you!
The seventh annual European PSUG Conference was held at the American Overseas School of Rome from Thursday October 11 – Saturday October 13, 2018 and was a huge success with 35 attendees from 14 schools in 10 countries learning about PowerSchool from trainers Jason Springel, Greg Satterwhite, Adam Larsen, Romy Backus, and Bob Cornacchioli.
A very sincere and hearty thank you to Rick Park and the whole AOSR team for all their hard work planning and executing this fantastic event, and to our main sponsors intellimedia and PowerSchool for their support.
